							<p>Državni zavod za statistiku kvartalno objavljuje indeks cijena stambenih nekretnina. Indeks pokazuje kretanje cijena stambenih nekretnina u tri statističke grupe: Zagreb, Jadran i Ostalo, a objavljuje se s odmakom od dva kvartala. U siječnju je objavljen indeks za treći kvartal 2024. godine.</p>
<p>Cijene stambenih objekata su u trećem kvartalu 2024. u odnosu na drugi kvartal 2024. prosječno rasle za 2,4%. U odnosu na treće tromjesečje 2023. (na godišnjoj razini) u prosjeku su više za 12,3%. Porast cijena stambenih objekata za Grad Zagreb iznosio je 0,8%, za Jadran 3,4%, a za ostatak Hrvatske 5,0%. U Gradu Zagrebu je vidljiva gotovo stagnacija indeksa, dok su cijene drugdje rasle ustaljenim trendom, najviše u statističkoj kategoriji “ostalo”.</p>
<p>Također, Eurostat je objavio indekse cijena stambenih nekretnina za cijelu Europsku uniju.</p>
<p>Najveći rast u trećem kvartalu 2024. u odnosu na drugi kvartal iste godine bilježe Bugarska i Portugal dok je pad cijena nekretnina zabilježen u Estoniji i Finskoj. Hrvatska je prema rastu u posljednjem kvartalu iznad prosjeka Europske unije, a samo šest zemalja je imalo veći rast cijena nekretnina. Ako promatramo cijene na godišnjij razini (treći kvartal 2024. u odnosu na treći kvartal 2023.) najviši rast zabilježila je Mađarska, a zatim slijede Poljska i Hrvatska. Najveći pad cijena stambenih nekretnina na godišnjoj razini dogodio se u Francuskoj dok su pad također zabilježile i Finska, Luksemburg i Njemačka.</p>						</div>
